Create a ticket from the customer account
Customers can easily create tickets in their personal account to resolve issues or report problems. The interface offers a choice of categories, a description of the problem, and the ability to attach files. Once created, the ticket is automatically entered into the system for further processing by the administrator.

The Customer Area provides full access to the list of created tickets with their statuses: “Waiting for a response”, “In progress“, “Closed“. The customer can view the history of messages, receive responses from the administrator, and quickly clarify details via a convenient chat.
