Creating an offer to the client

Automatic calculations taking into account discounts and taxes help to create accurate and professional offers.
View information and print to PDF
Ready-made offers can be viewed in a convenient format with all the details: total amount, list of items, terms of the deal. It is possible to export the document to PDF, customize printing with the company logo, manager's signature, and additional comments for the client.
View in the table
The tabular view of offers allows you to quickly access all the information. Each record includes data about the client, date of creation, status, and total amount. The table supports sorting, filtering, searching, and bulk exporting of data for further work or analysis.
Kanban
The interactive board allows you to organize all proposals by stage: “Draft”, ”Sent to client”, ”Approved”, ”Accepted”. Managers can easily drag and drop proposal cards between statuses, ensuring control over the process and timely response to customer requests.
