In this section, you can create, manage, and track all your projects. It allows you to monitor project status, deadlines, assigned team members, and export project data for reporting.

To create a new project:

From the left menu, select Projects.

Click the + New Project button at the top of the screen.

A new window will open where you can enter project details.
Purpose:
Projects help you organize and track all ongoing work within your company. You can easily see which projects are in progress, on hold, finished, or cancelled. This enables better task allocation, deadline management, and reporting.

In the New Project window, you need to:

Project Name: Enter the name of your project, e.g., “Web3 landing website” or “Real Estate website.”

Customer: Assign the project to a customer from your database.

Start Date / Deadline: Set the project start date and expected completion date.

Members: Assign team members responsible for the project.

Tags (optional): Add tags to categorize or label your project for easier filtering.

Click Save to create the project.

Not Started: Projects that have not yet begun.

In Progress: Projects currently underway.

On Hold: Projects temporarily paused.

Finished: Completed projects.

Cancelled: Projects that were stopped or terminated.
